News: Try These 5 Hot New Snapchat Lenses Stranger Things, Pokémon & More
While you were slaving away at work or school or whatever you were so busy doing over the last seven days, people have been hard at work creating a variety of new Snapchat lenses for your enjoyment. These lenses are hot off the presses, and I'm honestly really impressed with this week's crop.If you're not sure how to add new user-created lenses to your Snapchat, you can either tap a link or scan a Snapcode. Both will be provided down below in our April 13 list, so don't fret if you prefer one method over the other. And share the love! Make sure to send them to all your friends so they'll also get to have fun with the best lenses for the week ending this Friday the 13th.If you're wondering why I don't use the word "filter" here, opting to call everything a "lens," it's because these are all technically lenses (as they were made using Snapchat's Lens Studio). Some will feel like filters, but that doesn't make them inferior to the more augmented reality lens ones.Previous Week: Yodeling Walmart Kid, Loading Screen & More Snapchat Lenses
1. Stranger ThingsI'm really jazzed about this Demogorgon Plenero lens by gabrielc4brera. It features the Stranger Things theme and a fantastic render of the Demogorgon. It's a great way to make the wait for Season 3 of Stranger Things feel a little shorter.Unlock the Demogorgon Plenero lens on Snapchat right now
2. Who's That Pokémon? This "Whos That" Pokémon lens by Dave G. (more of a filter) gives the subject an audio cue ("Who's that Pokémon?") where they can do something goofy in front of the camera. In my case, I spilled half a cup of coffee on my laptop. Not sure if there's enough rice in the world to help me dry it out. It also works great if you plan on staging something where you don't ruin your electronics.Unlock the Whos That lens on Snapchat right now
3. It's Time to StopEven though Filthy Frank hung it up a few months ago, his memes live on. This "It's Time To Stop" lens by Lucas is a great example of one of his most popular. I'm really impressed with the quality of this lens, definitely the best of its kind.Unlock the Its Time to Stop lens on Snapchat right now
